You can often find me with a book in one hand and a glass of wine in the other.

I am the full-time manager of the Smith-Wumkes house, and part-time writer for the Clear Lake Area Chamber of Commerce.

I also do a variety of freelance writing for an array of local organizations.

Being the mother of five children, I have extraordinarily little time to myself and even less sanity. In between being a full-time taxi service to sports and music activities, I also help organize the North Iowa Book Bash with the BF Bookies.
